FOCUS OF SERVICES:
We specialize in the seasonal management, rehab and repair of rural gravel driveways, private roads and parking areas, and runoff water management to mitigate erosion and promote responsible soil management. Affordably revitalizing neglected and or poorly designed dirt and gravel access to rural North Idaho Panhandle homes and properties is our primary business focus.
These projects are each individually evaluated, and recommendations made on a case-by-case basis, as no two site locations are the same, nor are all use requirements uniform. Our customers will receive honest, individualized site evaluations, written work quotes, and recommendations for any necessary upgrades to reduce ongoing maintenance requirements and enhance road or driveway serviceability.
SITE EVALUATIONS AND ESTIMATES:
Site evaluations are always free, and all quoted estimates given in writing. Best outcomes always result from good in-person, on-site inspections, and understanding thoroughly both the expected outcome and goals of a project, coupled with a realistic projection of possibilities dependent upon budget, time and need.
PAYMENT EXPECTATIONS:
We accept all major credit cards, e-checks, bank drafts, cashiers checks and both personal and business checks.
Payment in full is expected upon completion of work rendered.
